PSA PSA oxygen generator

PSA oxygen generation system is a new type of equipment that uses advanced pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology to extract oxygen from the air. It uses air as raw material and zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent. Under normal temperature and low pressure, the selective adsorption of oxygen and nitrogen by zeolite molecular sieve and its adsorption capacity increase with the increase of adsorption pressure and decrease with the decrease of adsorption pressure. Nitrogen is adsorbed under pressure, oxygen is enriched, nitrogen is desorbed under reduced pressure, and molecular sieve is regenerated at the same time. Oxygen is separated by alternating cycles.

• If the inlet air pressure, inlet air temperature, ambient temperature, humidity and altitude conditions of the user change, the above data sheet must be corrected. For example, if the inlet pressure of the same type of nitrogen generator is increased, the performance will be improved; On the contrary, the performance will decrease with the increase of intake air temperature, ambient humidity and altitude. • The compressed air in front of the adsorption tower of the oxygen generator must meet the ISO 8573-1:20101.2.1 level, which is very important to prevent the molecular engineer from entering oil and water
• The dimensions and weights in the above table do not include air process buffer tank and oxygen process buffer tank, and the actual dimensions and weights are subject to the final design
• The air buffer tank and oxygen buffer tank shall be selected with proper volume, and the distance from the nitrogen generator shall not exceed 10m.
