After sales service to customers is the basis for the company's survival. The company takes active service as the principle, and hereby we solemnly promise:

1) For the goods provided by the Supplier, except for the wearing parts, the warranty of the whole machine is 12 months after the start-up and commissioning or 18 months after the shipment (whichever comes first), but all the warranty can be performed only when the Seller confirms that the goods are damaged by non-human factors, and the Buyer's original parts are used in accordance with the correct operating specifications. During the warranty period, each maintenance must be conducted on the site for guidance and training;

2) Service guarantee

1. The Supplier is responsible for guiding the installation and commissioning of goods for free, and providing special tools and special tools required for installation and commissioning for free. The Demander must provide accommodation for the Supplier's technical personnel, but the accommodation expenses shall be borne by itself.

2. During the warranty period, if the supplier is responsible for the quality problem of goods, the demander has the right to require the supplier to

③ Replace the goods with quality problems and solve the quality problem of the goods in any of the three solutions. The Supplier shall reply to the Demander within 4 hours after receiving the notice from the Demander or the user of the Demander's goods, propose a preliminary solution to the quality problem, and assign professional personnel to the user of the Demander's goods to deal with the quality problem within 48 hours. The Supplier shall bear all costs and economic losses incurred in dealing with the quality problem.

3. During the warranty period, the Supplier shall reply to the Demander within 4 hours after receiving the notice from the Demander or the Demander's unit using the goods, and propose a preliminary solution to the quality problem. Within 48 hours, the Supplier shall send professional personnel to the Demander's unit using the goods to assist the Demander in handling the quality problem of the goods. The cost shall be borne by the Demander.

4. The start-up and commissioning of the new machine shall be carried out by the maintenance engineer of the Technical Service Department of Qingdao Xinpufa Fluid Technology Co., Ltd. in person;

5. Qingdao Xinpufa has all the spare parts and consumables required by the compressed air system machine, and can provide users with relevant services at any time; At the same time, there are conventional spare parts and spare parts inventory.

6. Reserve a certain amount of conventional consumables inventory for compressor product users (such as lubricating oil, air filter element, oil gas separation filter element, oil filter element).

7. The company will arrange at least two national user inspections every year!

8. The company requires regional agents to manage their users' files, keep abreast of the operation of the products and remind users when and how to maintain the machines.
